With a background in engineering, marketing and recruitment, Neil founded Workscan in 1999, was twice listed on BRW Fast 100, then founded 1300Hired, an online specialised recruitment services provider in 2014. With 18 years recruitment experience and an intimate understanding of the rapidly changing world of business, Neil created 1300Hired from the ground up. It was created to overcome many of the flaws in how recruitment is delivered and the frustrations experienced by business owners.
He instinctively understands the challenges faced by business owners, and the opportunities to deliver the very best talent. Neil has visioned and created a fresh new business that delivers the very best talent in a way that will add value to your business. This is achieved by undertaking a consultative and 1 to 1 partnering approach, where the compromises and waste of multi-listed recruitment is removed, and a streamlined service and the very best talent is delivered.
Neil holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. He lives in Brisbane with his 2 daughters, is an avid cyclist and Aussie Rules fan.
