· Strategic Consultation. Internal & external market research including keywords, job titles, job locations & classifications and salary bands. Development of Value Propositions, Job Ad. Copywriting and Placement strategies.
· Advertising: Maximises exposure to your ideal candidate markets and maximises response levels through placement on 14 job boards and social. Placement in either 2 classifications or sub-classifications, or in 2 locations, or for 2 x 30 day periods.
· You receive all applications in real time and you manage the recruitment processes
Full Recruitment Services
· Full service recruitment. Part of the fee is invoiced on commencement and the balance of the fee is invoiced on placement.
· Includes Triple Guarantee.
Contingent Recruitment
· Non Exclusive or Contingent (“Fee on Success”) recruitment, invoiced at a nominal % of the salary package
